MLT's DPU for Q1 dips 2.6% on higher property expenses

MAPLETREE Logistics Trust's (MLT) distribution per unit (DPU) for its first quarter dipped 2.6 per cent to 1.85 Singapore cents from a year ago, as increased property expenses chipped away at its total income.
Gross revenue for the three months ended June 30 rose 5 per cent over the year to S$85.1 million, while net property income gained 3.1 per cent to S$71.1 million.
