MVN raises stake in Vard

LONDON-BASED asset manager MVN Asset Management Limited has continued buying shares in shipbuilder Vard Holdings above the S$0.24 final offer price by its parent Fincantieri.
MVN bought another 1.5 million shares at S$0.245 on Wednesday, raising its stake to 6.06 per cent, Vard said on Thursday morning.
