Myanmar Brewery stake: arbitrators rule against F&N

AN arbitration tribunal in Singapore has ruled against Fraser and Neave Ltd (F&N) in its dispute with Myanma Economic Holdings Limited (MEHL) over a stake in Myanmar Brewery Limited.
In an announcement on Friday, MEHL said that the arbitrators have affirmed MEHL's rights under a joint venture (JV) agreement to buy F&N's stake in Myanmar Brewery.
