Natural Cool Holdings issues profit warning
AIR-CONDITIONING services company Natural Cool Holdings expects to report a net loss for the 2017 financial year.
In an exchange filing on Wednesday, the company said this was due mainly to "higher legal and professional fees relating to corporate exercises completed in the year, ongoing claims and litigation, impairments to property and related immovable plant and equipment arising from the planned sale of 38 Lok Yang Way, impairments to other investments, and onerous contract provisions".
The company will release its results on or before Mar 1.
