NERA Telecommunications announced on Tuesday the group has secured contracts worth a total of S$13.8 million.

It said the deals relate to the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of IP (Internet Protocol) network equipment for "a leading regional telecom and cellular operator in the Asia-Pacific region".

It added that the contracts are not expected to have a significant impact on the performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year.

Nera Tel's shares closed Tuesday unchanged at 54 Singapore cents apiece.
