Telco offers bespoke mobile plans that users can adjust regularly

    SINGTEL has offered a way for its customers to customise their mobile plans regularly - a move that analysts see as a means to keep its fair-weather customers.

    This offering, which has just made its presence in Asia, is already available in the West.

    SingTel's offering, known as Easy Mobile, lets users tweak the amount of data, voice and SMS services they are entitled to every month under a set plan, the telco announced yesterday.
