NH Ceramics completes reverse takeover of BlackGold

HAVING completed the reverse takeover of BlackGold, NH Ceramics is now known as BlackGold Natural Resources, and has officially become a coal producer.
The deal, which has been in the making since March 2013, was completed on Tuesday.
