Extension request to SGX comes after shareholders at AGM last month raised concerns of possible accounting discrepancies

EMBATTLED furniture company Nobel Design Holdings last Friday announced plans to delay release of its first quarter FY2015 unaudited results by two weeks, pending the board's re-examination of its FY2014 audited financial statements.
The board said in a note that the company "will not be in a position" to announce its first quarter results, which were due last Friday, as the results will have to take reference from the bases and considerations applicable to the FY2014 financial statements arising from the re-examination.
