NOBLE Group has closed US$2.3 billion of syndicated committed unsecured revolving loan facilities through the participation of 35 banks globally.
The loan facilities comprise a 364-day and a three-year revolving credit facility, priced respectively at margins of 85 basis points (bps) and 95 bps. The three-year facility incorporates a utilisation fee structure depending on the amounts drawn, said Noble.
