Noble hires oil trader to lead Middle East, Africa expansion

    COMMODITY trader Noble Group has hired former oil trader Wael Amer to build up its operations in the Middle East and North and East Africa.

    Mr Amer was formerly the head of oil trading for the Middle East and Africa for Trafigura, one of the world's largest and reportedly, most controversial commodities firms.
