Not everyone walks happy after note-restructuring

The anxiety of note-holders to push for the best outcome in restructuting negotiations is understandable. But the reality is that there are no easy solutions. Cash-strapped listed O&M companies with medium- term notes (MTNs) that are fast approaching maturity need the extra runway from note-holders to survive the protracted industry downturn.
