OCBC held a "speed networking" session on Friday for 35 of its Gen Y employees to mingle and learn from senior leaders in a non-traditional setting.
This was the first time the bank has held such a session, which was part of a programme called Talkfest, where employees aged 30 and below are invited to dialogue sessions with senior leaders of the bank. It was held at OCBC Campus, the bank's 10-storey dedicated learning hub along Tanjong Pagar Road.
