Office furniture maker Versalink launches IPO
M'sia-based firm offers shares at 30 cents each
MALAYSIA-based office furniture maker Versalink Holdings has launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Catalist listing.
On offer are 37 million shares - 25 million new shares and 12 million vendor shares - at 30 Singapore cents each. Of these offer shares, 1.5 million are for the public and 35.5 million are for placement.
Established in 1991, Versalink made a name for itself through high-end office furniture designed for executives, Versalink chief operating officer Arica Walters told the press.
