Olam sells wool broker, exits Australian wool business

BARELY six months after ceasing its wool-trading and export operations in Australia, Olam International said on Monday that it would also sell its wool-broking arm.
The move marks the Singapore commodities group's exit from Australia's wool industry amid poor margins and dwindling demand from China, its single largest trading partner.
