Olam updates US$5b Euro medium term note programme
OLAM International said on Monday it has updated its US$5 billion Euro medium term note programme established on July 6, 2012.
In a filing to Singapore Exchange (SGX), it said DBS Bank, HSBC's Singapore branch and Standard Chartered Bank are the arrangers for the programme. Dealers of the programme are The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, DBS, HSBC's Singapore branch and StanChart.
Together with the update of the programme, Olam has issued an updated offering circular dated Aug 21, 2015, relating to the programme and entered into a supplemental trust deed with The Bank of New York Mellon's London branch on Aug 21 to amend the trust deed dated July 6, 2012.
It said application has been made to SGX for permission to deal in and the quotation for any notes that may be issued pursuant to the programme and which are agreed at or prior to the time of issue thereof to be listed on the official list of the exchange.
A separate application will be made to SGX for the permission to deal in and quotation of such notes on the official list of the exchange.
