Olam's public float below 10% on issuance of shares

The group says shareholders should exercise caution in dealing with the shares or securities of the firm

Olam says as a result of the issuance of new shares, the percentage of its shares held in public hands has fallen to approximately 9.31%, a level that could lead to their trading suspension by SGX.

OLAM International Limited said after trading hours on Friday that as a result of the issuance of new shares, the percentage of its shares held in public hands has fallen below 10 per cent to approximately 9.31 per cent.
