ONLINE investment firms and challenger banks are the two new entrants likely to cause the greatest disruption in the financial services sector in the next 12 months, a survey found.
A wave of new start-ups and disruptive technologies is challenging the traditional business model by offering everything from peer-to-peer payments and loans to investment management and crowd funding.
