OSIM now a substantial shareholder of Trek 2000

OSIM International said on Tuesday night it is now a substantial shareholder of Trek 2000.

This comes after the proposed subscription and purchase of 24 million new ordinary shares and one million treasury shares representing approximately 8.41 per cent of the existing issued and paid-up share capital of Trek 2000 (excluding treasury shares) was completed on July 31, 2015.
