OUE Commercial Reit establishes S$1.5b multi-currency debt programme

A S$1.5 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme has been established for OUE Commercial Reit, with debt guaranteed by its trustee, DBS Trustee Limited.
Under this programme, OUE CT Treasury - a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBS Trustee - may from time to time issue notes and/or perpetual securities in series and tranches. These can be issued in Singapore dollars or other currencies, in various amounts and tenors, and may bear fixed, floating, variable, hybrid interest rates, or not bear interest rate at all.
ANZ Banking Group and Standard Chartered Bank are the joint arrangers and dealers for the programme.
