Distributable income falls 3.1% on weaker showing from Mandarin Orchard hotel

OUE Hospitality Trust (OUE H-Trust) posted on Thursday a 3.1 per cent year-on-year fall in distributable income from S$22.1 million to S$21.4 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015, due to the weaker operating performance of Mandarin Orchard Singapore hotel.
Distribution per stapled security (DPS) fell 4.2 per cent from 1.68 Singapore cents a year ago to 1.61 Singapore cents.
