Oxley raises S$12.95m from treasury shares sale to 34 investors

HOMEGROWN property developer Oxley Holdings has raised more than S$12 million from the sale of treasury shares.
Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte Ltd acted as the placement agent for the sale of the treasury shares, which drew about 34 investors. These include Asdew Acquisitions, Island Asset Management, ICH Capital, and various corporate and individual investors.
