Perennial to jointly operate eldercare home in Chengdu

PERENNIAL Real Estate Holdings has entered the eldercare and retirement home space in China with a memorandum of understanding (MOU) announced on Thursday.
Perennial signed the MOU with Shanghai Summit Property Development and Shanghai RST Chinese Medicine to establish a 40-40-20 joint venture management company that will operate a premium eldercare and retirement home in Chengdu.
