SINGAPORE tycoon Peter Lim is shaking things up at Rowsley, with a revamped board to boot, in an attempt to push the firm to exploit growth opportunities at a speedier clip.
The billionaire's impatience over Rowsley's sedate pace of transformation into a major real estate player could be what triggered the recently announced management and board shakeup with the departure of its chairman and group chief executive plus two other directors.
