IN THE absence of divestment gains, Parkway Life real estate investment trust (PLife Reit) posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.06 Singapore cents in its fourth quarter, down 9.2 per cent year on year.
The one-off capital distribution was due to the divestment of seven Japan properties in December 2014 and the total amount of S$9.11 million was paid out to unitholders over FY2015.
