POPULAR Holdings posted a full-year net profit of $10.6 million, a drop of 54.5 per cent, despite revenue inching up.
The sharp bottom line drop for the 12 months ended April 30 was mainly due to an overall lower gross profit margin and a more than proportionate rise in administrative and operating expenses.
