Price accord ends row over Myanmar Brewery

FRASER & Neave (F&N) said on Thursday that Myanma Economic Holdings Ltd (MEHL) has agreed to buy F&N's 55 per cent stake in Myanmar Brewery Limited for US$560 million.
The value is based on the exchange rate between the Myanmar kyat and the US dollar on April 30, 2013.
