Pteris Global, HTL to be suspended post-takeovers
AIRPORT facility equipment provider Pteris Global and leather sofa maker HTL International will be suspended from trading after their respective takeover offers concluded.
Pteris' offer concluded on Sept 1 with the offeror owning or receiving acceptances for 98.98 per cent of the firm. There will be no compulsory acquisition of the shares of hold-out minorities as the threshold to do so was not met.
HTL will be suspended after a scheme of arrangement for the offeror to acquire the company was passed.
