PwC appointed IFA to Select Group privatisation

PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS (PwC) Corporate Finance has been appointed as the independent financial adviser (IFA) to advise on the S$0.525 a share offer by a consortium to take food caterer Select Group private.
A circular containing the IFA advice and the recommendations of the independent directors will be sent to shareholders within 14 days of the despatch of the offer document.
Select Group last traded at S$0.525.
