Q&M's proposed acquisition of two companies has lapsed
Q&M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited said that the points of agreement (POA) for the proposed acquisition of the full stakes in Orchard Scotts and De Pacific Dental Group have ceased and expired.
The company has ended its interest in the proposed acquisition, which was first announced in May 11, last year.
No definitive agreements were entered into to acquire these two companies within 12 months from the date of the POA, and hence the POA have ceased and expired, Q&M explained.
The two companies have clinics located in Ang Mo Kio, Balestier, Jurong West and Pasir Ris.
