QT Vascular has reached a confidential settlement agreement with AngioScore, Inc on Nov 14, the group said in an update, without providing any further details.
The settlement agreement aims to "fully and finally resolve all past, present or future disputes" concerning the pending or previously litigated matters between QT Vascular and AngioScore, it added.
In a release back in April 2015, QT Vascular had said at the time that angioplasty company AngioScore had initiated patent infringement proceedings on June 29, 2012 against the company's subsidiaries, TriReme Medical and Quattro Vascular, and its chief executive Eitan Konstantino relating to the Chocolate percutaneous (transluminal) angioplasty PTA.
