Reit rule changes could be announced in May: Nomura

NOMURA said in a Wednesday report that it believes the final changes to regulations for real estate investment trusts (Reits) could be announced sometime this month.
Most other analysts are expecting a confirmation of the rules in the second quarter of this year. Reit Association of Singapore CEO Sonny Tan told The Business Times that a recent check with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) led the central bank to reply that it was still "work in progress".
