Religare Health Trust Q3 profit up on higher revenue, fair value gain
RELIGARE Health Trust on Friday said net profit for its fiscal third quarter rose 54 per cent on higher revenue and a fair value gain on financial derivatives.
Net profit for the three months ended Dec 31, 2014, stood at S$11.6 million, compared to S$7.5 million a year ago.
Revenue was up 27 per cent to S$34.1 million, amid gains in service fee and hospital income. The business trust also recorded S$1.45 million in fair value gain on financial derivatives. A year ago, it recorded a fair value loss of S$3.26 million.
