RHT Holdings eyes Catalist listing in 2016

[SINGAPORE] RHT Holdings, a professional services group, is preparing for a proposed listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange's Catalist board by the first quarter of next year.

It is a holding company for RHT Capital, an approved SGX Continuing Sponsor for companies listed on Catalist; RHT Compliance Solutions, RHT Corporate Advisory and RHT Management Services.
