Rowsley strikes deals with former Manchester United stars
It is investing in a mixed use project and also acquiring a hotel, cafe and hotel management firm

PREMIER League managers may be trying to beat the clock to sign players before the transfer window shuts on Sept 1 but two deals of a different kind involving Singapore-listed Rowsley and former Manchester United stars have been struck well ahead of the deadline.
The first deal announced on Thursday involves Rowsley, a real estate company controlled by former remisier king Peter Lim, investing in a £200 million (S$432 million) mixed use project named St Michael's with former Manchester United stars Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs.
