Ryobi Kiso secures contracts worth S$33m

MAINBOARD-LISTED Ryobi Kiso Holdings on Thursday said it had secured S$33.3 million worth of contracts since Jan 1, 2016 to date.
Some of these contracts awarded for foundation and geoservices work include: Changi Airport, Terminal 5, HDB Sembawang N1 C12, HDB Tampines N6 C2A & Park, Jurong Town Corporation estates and Saigon South Apartment, Vietnam.
The ground engineering solutions provider's net order book as at Dec 31, 2015 stood at S$135.3 million.
CEO Ong Tiong Siew said: "Despite the challenges in the local construction sector, we are pleased to have secured these latest projects. We believe this will lay the foundation for more contracts in 2016.
"Going forward, we believe there will be a healthy level of public and infrastructure projects and we will strive to secure more of such contracts."
