ROWSLEY Ltd, a real estate company controlled by La Liga club Valencia owner Peter Lim, on Wednesday posted a net profit for the third quarter stemming largely from an accounting gain due to an acquisition from which it now derives its core business.
This reversed from a loss in the year-ago period, during which it also posted zero sales.
