Sabana Reit's Q4 DPU down 18.7%
DISTRIBUTION per unit (DPU) for Sabana Reit fell 18.7 per cent to 1.78 Singapore cents in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Distributable income dropped 14.8 per cent to S$12.9 million, as net property income fell 8.6 per cent to S$18.2 million.
For the full year, DPU fell 21.9 per cent to 7.33 Singapore cents.
Distributable income fell 16.4 per cent to S$51.6 million, on the back of a 9.2 per cent decline in net property income to S$72.9 million.
The trust's units ended unchanged at S$0.925 on Wednesday, before the results were announced.
