SINGAPORE'S antitrust body said on Friday it is seeking feedback over the US$19 billion acquisition of SanDisk Corp by US giant Western Digital Corp.

The Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) said it was notified of this acquisition on Dec 4, 2015, under the Competition Act that prohibits mergers that may be expected to result in a "substantial lessening of competition within any market in Singapore".
