SATS to sell 51% stake in Hong Kong unit for HK$76.5m

SATS, which handles most of Changi Airport's ground-handling business, said on Friday it would sell 51 per cent of SATS HK for HK$76.5 million (S$13.8 million) to Voltaire Capital Investment, a unit of Hong Kong Airlines.
The sale is a cash transaction.
