Second Chance Properties Q1 net profit up 48.36%

SECOND Chance Properties saw its net profit for the three months ended November jump 48.36 per cent, from S$1.70 million to S$2.53 million even as revenue dipped 7.1 per cent to S$8.21 million.
Earnings per share rose from 0.25 Singapore cent to 0.37 Singapore cent. On a fully diluted basis, earnings per share rose from 0.23 Singapore cent to 0.37 Singapore cent.
