Sembcorp Industries selling perpetuals, initial guidance 4% area

SEMBCORP Industries is selling perpetuals with initial price guidance at the 4 per cent area on Wednesday.

Orders for the issue SGD PerpNC3 have exceeded S$400 million, in an update of the deal at 2.36pm seen by The Business Times.

NC3 means the perpetuals won't be called or redeemed before year three or on June 22, 2020.
