SGX aims to strike a balance in review of dual-class shares

SGX RegCo chief says diverging views have been received, and will be studied

SGX RegCo CEO Tan Boon Gin said the issue of allowing dual-class shares has never been about attracting listings to SGX, but about Singapore's move to a new economy with new-economy companies.
