SGX launches new batch of stock indices
They track four local themes and are aimed at improving liquidity, market understanding

WITH an eye on improving liquidity and understanding of Singapore's stock market, Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Tuesday launched 11 stock indices tracking four key local themes: healthcare, real estate, minerals, oil & gas, and maritime & offshore.
The indices, which come under its index business SGX Index Edge, cover S$200 billion of stocks listed on SGX.
