SGX rewards good governance with selective Fast Track approvals

Companies that make it to the programme will enjoy faster turnaround for corporate-action submissions

LISTED companies in Singapore with good corporate governance (CG) practices and compliance track records can now enjoy fast-tracked approval for certain corporate actions.

On Wednesday, the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX Regco) joined some exchanges in rewarding well-behaved companies with its SGX Fast Track programme.
