SHAREHOLDERS of local logistics firm Goodpack Limited have approved the scheme of arrangement by private equity player KKR.
With this, the takeover bid - subject to the court's grant of an order sanctioning the scheme - becomes "effective and binding", Goodpack announced yesterday.
The shares will last trade on the Singapore Exchange on Aug 27. The books closure date is Sept 1; shareholders can expect payment by Sept 12.
