SIIC Environment Holdings is taking a 75 per cent stake in Henan Zhonghui Lianhe Investment, a sludge and waste-water treatment company.
The subsidiary, Fudan Water Engineering and Technology, has entered into a capital increase and equity interest subscription with the target company. This will give it a 75 per cent interest in the Henan company.
