Singapore eDevelopment warns of expected loss for half-year ending June 30
SINGAPORE eDevelopment Limited issued a profit warning on Thursday, saying that it expects to report a loss for the half-year ending June 30, 2015.
This follows a preliminary review of its unaudited financial results for the period.
Explaining the projected loss, the group said it expects low revenue to be recognised for the period under review as projects under its property division are at development stage, while its main mobile application under the information technology division HotApp only recently conducted its beta launch in China and has yet to generate revenue.
Further details of the group's performance will be disclosed when it announces its unaudited results for the half-year period on or before Aug 14.
