SingPost buys Malaysian property for RM34m

SINGAPORE Post (SingPost) is acquiring Axis Plaza, an office and industrial building in Malaysia, for RM34 million (S$13 million).
The proposed acquisition is through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Collective Developers Sdn Bhd.
The seller of the property is Malaysia-listed Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-Reit), an Islamic office and industrial Reit.
