IT looks increasingly likely that findings of Singapore Post's (SingPost) corporate governance special audit report will be out in May, slightly past the deadline of end-April that SingPost had set for itself.
"A thorough and independent audit has been undertaken by the Joint Special Auditors", the company said in an update on Friday evening.
"The Special Audit Report is pending final clarifications and a summary of the findings will be made public at the earliest time," it added in its Singapore Exchange filing.
SingPost spokesman Peter Heng told The Business Times over the phone that the report would not be released on Friday night. The coming Monday, May 2, is a public holiday.
