Singtel unveils institute to train firms in cybersecurity skills

SINGAPORE Telecommunications (Singtel) on Tuesday unveiled the Singtel Cyber Security Institute (CSI), a first-of-its-kind cyber range and educational institute in the Asia-Pacific that trains companies to deal with sophisticated cyber threats.
Singtel's CSI launch comes amid increased emphasis on cybersecurity and the recent government calls for vigilant infrastructure to back Singapore's Smart Nation initiative, and to involve the C-suite in cybersecurity planning.
